In fact this comparison probably deserves a future post.&lt;br /&gt;At home and on weekends I work themed lists.  I live in a 100 year old house so I have a list that is specifically home projects.  For that I recently discovered a cool tool.  Check it out at: www.tadalist.com. For most other things I use regular paper, create the list, prioritize it and actually match it to the calendar.  I find that doing this helps me accomplish more.
